Brand Guidelines

Effective: April 14, 2026

These guidelines govern the use of the VecTrade name, logos, trademarks, and other brand assets ("Brand Assets"). By using any Brand Asset, you agree to follow these guidelines and any additional directions from VecTrade. Failure to comply may result in revocation of your right to use our Brand Assets and possible legal action.

1. Overview

VecTrade's Brand Assets — including the [Ve] logo, the VecTrade wordmark, and our Ocean Teal colour identity — are proprietary and represent the quality, integrity, and reputation of our platform. Consistent brand usage is critical to maintaining trust within our network of traders.


2. Approved Use

You may use VecTrade Brand Assets only when referring to VecTrade in the following permitted contexts and in accordance with these guidelines:

  • Editorial or informational references in news articles, blog posts, or academic work where the context clearly identifies VecTrade;
  • Linking to VecTrade's website in a way that is not misleading or deceptive;
  • Social media posts that accurately represent your relationship with VecTrade (e.g. "Built on VecTrade");
  • Presentations or educational materials that reference VecTrade's services, provided the use does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless authorised.

Where possible, use our Brand Assets exactly as provided, without modification. To request brand assets for an approved use case, contact us at Contact Us.


3. Logo Usage

3.1 The [Ve] Logo

Our primary mark is the [Ve] logo. When displaying the logo:

  • Maintain a minimum clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "V" character on all sides.
  • Do not place the logo on visually cluttered or low-contrast backgrounds.
  • The minimum reproduction size is 24 px in height for digital and 8 mm in height for print.

3.2 The VecTrade Wordmark

The VecTrade wordmark may be used alongside the [Ve] logo or on its own when the context is clearly about VecTrade. Always use the correct capitalisation: "VecTrade" (one word, capital V and Q). Do not abbreviate to "VQ" in official materials unless you have written approval.


4. Colour and Typography

Our primary brand colour is Ocean Teal (#0891B2). When referencing VecTrade visually, use this colour accurately. Do not substitute alternative colours for the logo or wordmark.

  • Primary: #0891B2 (Ocean Teal)
  • Secondary: #0E7490 (used for accents and hover states)
  • Dark contexts: Use the white-on-dark variant provided in our asset kit for dark backgrounds.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Alter, distort, recolour, rotate, or animate the VecTrade logo or wordmark;
  • Use VecTrade Brand Assets in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist;
  • Incorporate the VecTrade name, logo, or any confusingly similar marks into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or domain names;
  • Use Brand Assets on or in connection with content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
  • File any trademark application or domain registration that includes "VecTrade", "VQ", or the [Ve] mark;
  • Display VecTrade Brand Assets more prominently than your own brand;
  • Use Brand Assets to suggest that simulated trading results are real investment performance;
  • Use Brand Assets as part of a product name (e.g., "VecTrade Tracker") without written authorisation.

6. Co-Branding and Partnerships

If you are a VecTrade partner, integration provider, or have entered into a co-branding arrangement with us, additional usage rights may be granted under a separate written agreement. Unless such an agreement exists, no co-branding use is permitted. Contact Contact Us to discuss partnership brand usage.


7. Intellectual Property

VecTrade, the [Ve] logo, and all related marks are the intellectual property of VecTrade. Nothing in these guidelines grants you any right, title, or interest in our Brand Assets beyond the limited permissions described above. We reserve the right to revoke any permission at any time, at our sole discretion, and to update these guidelines as needed.


8. Enforcement

VecTrade actively monitors the use of its Brand Assets. If we determine that Brand Assets are being used in violation of these guidelines, we may:

  • Request immediate cessation of the unauthorised use;
  • Require the removal or destruction of materials containing unauthorised Brand Assets;
  • Pursue legal remedies available under applicable trademark and intellectual property laws.

9. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Brand Guidelines from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the guidelines were last revised. We recommend checking this page periodically.
