Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan from Account Settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is there a free trial for Standard?
New accounts start on the Free plan with 10,000 API calls and basic AI access — no credit card required. Upgrade to Standard anytime for unlimited prompts and token-based metering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
On the Free plan, API calls are hard-capped at 10,000/month. Standard and Professional plans use pay-as-you-go overage billing at transparent per-call and per-token rates.
What's included in the Professional plan?
Professional includes 500,000 API calls/month, 300 RPM, 20 API keys, 5M tokens/month, unlimited AI prompts, and priority support — ideal for quant teams and fintech platforms.
