1. Email Communications
If you receive email from VecTrade without being a registered Member, it may be because you signed up for a newsletter, attended an event, or someone referred you to our platform. You can stop receiving these emails at any time:
- Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any VecTrade email.
- Email contact form with the subject “Unsubscribe” and we will remove your address within 10 business days.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to any pending enquiry or request you may have submitted.
2. Cookie Preferences
When you visit VecTrade without logging in, we may set cookies on your browser. You can manage these at any time:
- Cookie consent banner — when available, use the consent banner on our site to accept or decline non-essential cookies.
- Browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Refer to your browser’s help documentation.
For full detail on the types of cookies we use, see our Cookie Policy.
3. Advertising Preferences
VecTrade currently does not serve targeted advertising to Visitors. If this changes, we will update this page and our Cookie Policy and provide appropriate consent mechanisms before any marketing cookies are deployed.
4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is currently no universal standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals.
VecTrade honours the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal where required by applicable law. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data for targeted advertising purposes.
5. Data Collected from Guests
When you visit VecTrade as a guest, we may collect limited information such as:
- IP address and approximate geographic location;
- Browser type, operating system, and device information;
- Pages visited, time spent, and referral source;
- Cookies and similar identifiers (as described in our Cookie Policy).
This data helps us improve site performance, detect security threats, and understand how visitors use our platform. We do not sell guest data to third parties.
6. Third-Party Interactions
VecTrade may link to or embed content from third-party services. If you interact with such content (e.g., embedded social media posts or external analytics tools), those third parties may collect data about you in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before interacting with third-party content.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any Personal Data we hold about you — even if you are not a registered Member. Specifically:
- Access — request a summary of the Personal Data we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — request that we delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Objection — object to our processing of your data where we rely on legitimate interests.
To exercise these rights, email contact form with your request and enough information for us to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days (or the period required by applicable law).
For full details on how we handle Personal Data, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Updates
We may update this page from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
